Last year I scheduled to have my windshield replaced ,a time was set up for me to b home so windshield could b replayed,on the day it was scheduled not only did they not show up I had to call to see what was going on it was suppose to rain the technician told me he couldn’t do it that day because I had no garage it only sprinkled that day ,after that he had never told me about rescheduling this happened on a Saturday well Monday afternoon I get a call saying that the tech was at my place I was never informed about someone coming to my home on that day I work during the week I was very upset and the fact that they would just show up and expect me to b home without letting me know they were coming
