I had to call back the day i put in the request because i had not received the warranty in my email but Adina was very friendly and helpful during the process. The techs were on time and finished 4 times as fast as my last replacement with another company and were friendly as well. Very impressed with the cost and helpfulness of the company, cost iver 100 dollars less than other quotes i recieved without insurance. Would definitely recommend.
