Well on Monday 4/20, I was calling around for more prompt service. This was because I was refferred to safelight through Geico but the work could not be completed until 4/26. I spoke with Malcom and he said the work could be completed on wed 4/22 so I scheduled an appt. On 4/22, no one arrived so I called. Evidently, I was not scheduled so they scheduled me for Saturday 4/25. The technicians arrived but they did not have the necessary molding for the front windshield. Then asked if I wanted them to put on the rear window. I said hell yes! They said it would take a couple of days for the molding. Since I received to call, I called AGAIN on Tuesday 4/28. The lady told me they were waiting on my insurance to clear the molding before they ordered it so now my couple of days turned into more than a couple of days and I had to call. The work was FINALLY completed on 5/1/15. I should have just waited for safelight. The man Malcom had said they would be giving me a check when they did the work as well as another one in the mail for both pieces of glass. Needless to say, I have received nothing and I am not surprised.
