Technicians were fine and did a good job, but they apparently didn’t see my order had diamon Shield to be put on. They said it was best put on in morning but my appt was 12pm. They said they could put it on now for me, but it was the afternoon and it wasn’t ideal. So I said, no..why would I do that. They said I can do it myself the following morning. It seemed easy but as I read it, I see I needed gloves and its a process I don’t want to do. They said they would do it but like they said it was the afternoon and its not ideal. So I’m like, I guess I will do it tmrw morning. So I’m leaving on a business trip tmrw and will have to call back to have someone come out and do it. Otherwise they did a fine job.
