My initial call was with Mr. Paul Day and his professionalism and attentive patience was extraordinary. I even did not mind having to be on hold as your hold recording is genius and I am going to attempt to steal the idea. (I work for Dish so do not count on it). Also there was an error on the part of Progressive regfarding my coverage and Paul was helpful explaining how to proceed following getting that corrected. Overall experience was 10 for exceeding my expectation and a 9 when compared to all service regardless of industry that I have come across. You install team even came an additional few miles down the road while i was on lunch and installed my replacement windshield while I grabbed my lunch.
