Annie was fast, efficient and so upbeat and cheerful. I was pissed when I called, I mean slap a baby and punch a koala pissed but her calm manner and the joyful lilt to her voice calmed me down very quickly. The place that was supposed to do the replacement never answered their phone when I called them back to get an appointment, and led me to believe that I would get a new windshield today. Hearing Annie’s voice was like laying down on a bed of newborn chicks, all soft and warm. Thank you Annie, and SafePro. I also like the fact that I haven’t heard an annoying jingle for your company like I have with the other “SafeSomething” auto glass company.
