I contacted SafePro to get my windshield replaced. The issue started with them not honoring the time-frame that was discussed (technician would come to my apartment complex between the hours of 9-1). I called around 1145 to see what the ETA would be and they could not get a hold of the technician. The call taker said they left a message on his phone for him to contact me as soon as he got the message. The technician did not contact me until 1255 (5 minutes before the end of the time-frame discussed) and asked how long I could wait for him. When the technicians arrived at my apartment complex, they asked me if I was asked about the moldings around the windshield. I replied that I had not been asked anything regarding the moldings. They then said they could not do the work because they needed to get parts from the dealer. They mentioned that their manager would call me which he or she did not until 6pm (only to give me a new quote, not to apologize for the massive inconvenience created by SafePro). I tried emailing the sales person that I scheduled the appointment with to express my dissatisfaction but have not heard back from them. My overall first impression of SafePro is that the company appears unorganized, not customer focused and unprofessional. I have actually decided to use a service that is charging more over using SafePro due to the experience I had. I hope that SafePro learns from this experience and attempts to become more customer focused in the future.
