Unfortunately, he scratched the paint on my truck AND broke the vent inside the truck stating the rearview mirror fell onto the vent. I know accidents happen but since the tech was on the phone for a very long time WHILE doing the job, I feel he was distracted and therefore did damage to my vehicle. Macias was the technician.
