For the request of my car door, the service was great. We had tried to complete a request for a windshield replacement as well and that was less than satisfactory service and assistance. I was told numerous times I would get a call back and did not. Also, the original rep. Stefan had talked with my insurance company about placing in the claim and was to follow up the next day if not sooner, but that did not occur. The last message received by Jon stated that he sent me an email; but none received in inbox or junk. Also, I had emailed Annie with attempts to try and still utilize your company but received no response from her as of yet.
