My previous experience with chip repair included a vacuum system to remove air from the crack, more pressure to be sure the resin filled the crack and heat applied to cure the resin… and could barely see the damage once the repair was completed. I was disappointed in the process used to make this repair, and in that the damage remains very visible after the repair. I remain concerned that the chip will spread.
