There was some initial confusion as someone else initially spoke to a rep for me. However everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and polite. Paul, Rafael, and Annie were all very courteous and helpful. The las rep I spoke with was Annie and we worked out some of the confusion and got it taken care of. I’m having my back glass resealed on Saturday. 🙂
