Called around noon next available was following morning. We were not available. Discussed a few days later. We are busy. When asked if I wanted to pay a $20.00 deposit or the full amount. I explained that probably the deposit as it was my daughters car and when I picked her up at the airport in a few hours she may want to get it fixed right away and schedule it herself. He asked if I could hold, contacted someone who was working and was able to schedule same day service between 3 and 5 pm. Excellent service. The gentlemen who did the replacement were professional and pleasant. Unfortunate situation turned in to a positive experience. Thank you.
