When I called, I explain to Doug that my son went to take his driving test and they would not let him do to crack across the windshield. Doug was very understanding and said we will be out tomorrow. He didn’t want my son to have to wait for his license. The technician was there at the scheduled time and had the new windshield replaced within an hour. The following day my son took his driving test and passed. Thanks for everything especially for understanding teenagers.
