Very friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that the tech did not show up until the last 20 minutes of the window. But I understand that is why they give you an appointment window instead of an exact time. Otherwise I am satisfied with the service I received and I will return if I have the need for another new windshield. Just as I did this time.
