This is my second time having a windshield replacement done by SafePro, and just like the first time I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. Calling to set up the service was quick and painless, as the employee was very well spoken and clear about the information I needed to provide and was able to look up my file from the previous windshield replacement. They are true to their word about providing a rebate check as advertised on their website, based on your insurance, and i was informed of the amount I will receive before we finished setting up the appointment. The service technician came to my home to do the replacement, called in advance before arriving and was conveniently towards the beginning of the 4 hour window of time that had been scheduled. He was also incredibly polite and professional, and the whole thing took just over a half hour. My windshield looks great, and I’ve told everyone that I have spoken to today about how pleased I am and how convenient everything about this was. I would never want to get this done anywhere else in the valley. Thank you SafePro!
