This will be my second time using safe pro and i will continue to use them. I am big on customer service being I have worked on customer service pretty much all my career, so when I have a representative not only service me but get better service from my own car insurance company that makes me a very pleased customer. I was told I couldn’t replace my windshield by my insurance because even though I had multiple cracks they were only good enough for a seal not a replacement. However safe pro told me since I pay for the insurance and I carry it every month I have every right to say I want a replacement. I was so happy to have safe pro in my corner backing me. Great people, great service! PS I’ve kept your number this time!!
